I'm writing this feedback after about a month of my surgery. I got discharged on 28/10/2025. My treatment and surgery were handled very professionally. I had my consultation with Dr. Wasim Raj and the laparoscopic gall bladder removal surgery was successfully performed by Dr. Ashwin Godbole. Both doctors provided clear and perfect counselling, which gave me confidence and comfort throughout the process. All paramedical staff was excellent in their care, support, and responsiveness. Behaviour and dedication made my hospital stay smooth and stress free. I am very satisfied with the overall experience and I definitely recommend Palmpand Hospital, if needed of quality treatment. The hospital is well managed with quality staff. All the tests and checkups were well coordinated. I am very happy with the hospitality, caring staff. Doctors are also amazing. beyond the medical treatment to boost the patient's morale, offer support, and build a trusting relationship. I feel so confident in your care and abilities. ખરેખર પામલેન્ડ હોસ્પિટલ નો સ્ટાફ અને ડોક્ટર સાહેબ વારંવાર ખબર અંતર પુછવા માટે આવ્યા કરતા હોય છે. ખૂબ જ સરસ કામ લાગ્યું છે . હોસ્પિટલ ના રૂમ ઘણા જ ચોખ્ખાઈ વાળા છે. નર્સિંગ સ્ટાફ ટાઈમ તુ ટાઈમ દવા આપવા, બોટલ ચઢાવવા અને ઈન્જેક્સન આપવા માટે આવી જતા હોય છે.. ~ KAMLESH R

I would like to share my feedback regarding the recent treatment and surgery experience at your hospital. First of all, I sincerely appreciate Dr. Sheshang Patel for his excellent care and professionalism. His behavior was extremely respectful and kind. He explained the entire operation process clearly and patiently, which gave us a lot of confidence and comfort. He is truly a well-behaved and compassionate doctor. I would also like to thank the hospital cleaning staff for maintaining excellent hygiene. The cleaning was done regularly and on time, which made the environment very comfortable and safe. A special appreciation to the nursing staff for their outstanding care. They were attentive, polite, and ensured regular check-ups were done on time. I would especially like to mention Nurse Disha for her dedicated support and caring attitude. She did an excellent job and was very supportive throughout. I was came with critical situation. ICU and hospital staff experience was exceptional. The specialist was highly skilled, and the procedure went smoothly with minimal discomfort. The medical team was professional, providing attentive care throughout my stay. My family is bliss by all the staff, soft spoken & very hard worker. My mother was admitted here for week. She had severe breathing problem.We admitted here to palmland hospital.Treatment done under observation by senior Dr, Wasim Raj and team. They were well trained.
